Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knowzilla platform provided by Knowzilla OÜ ("Company"). By using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. AI Usage and Responsibilities

1.1. AI-Generated Output

The Service utilizes advanced AI models to generate sales playbooks, transcriptions, and real-time coaching suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or "hallucinations." You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before use.
  • No Professional Advice: AI suggestions are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional sales, legal, or financial advice.

1.2. Model Training

We process User Content using AI providers (OpenAI and Google). In accordance with our Privacy Policy, your data is NOT used to train global, public AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

1.3. Intellectual Property of AI Output

As between you and Knowzilla, you own all rights, title, and interest in the User Content and the specific outputs generated by the AI for your Organization.

2. Recording and Consent

When using the Live Assistant or transcription features, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and electronic monitoring. You must provide all necessary disclosures and obtain all required consents from your call participants before recording or processing their audio.

3. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

The Service may be subject to usage limits, such as the number of authorized Users and AI processing minutes (e.g., Live Assistant seconds). We reserve the right to charge for overages or require you to upgrade your plan if you exceed these limits.

4. CRM and Third-Party Integrations

You may elect to integrate your CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio) or third-party tools like Warmly.ai with the Service. You authorize us to access and process data as necessary to provide these features. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your configuration complies with your organization’s internal policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWZILLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS OR FOR ANY FAILURE TO OBTAIN PARTICIPANT CONSENT. Our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
