Playbooks & positioning
Your sales playbooks and product material, including how you position against the competition.
"How do we position against our closest competitor?"
LIZZIE MCP
Lizzie knows your playbooks, your documents and every meeting your team has had. Now she answers from Claude, ChatGPT, or anywhere else that speaks MCP, without you switching windows.
The same assistant you use inside Knowzilla, reachable from Claude, ChatGPT and any other tool that speaks MCP. You just ask; Lizzie picks the right source.
Your sales playbooks and product material, including how you position against the competition.
"How do we position against our closest competitor?"
Buyer personas with the messaging hooks and talk tracks built for each one.
"Give me the talk track for a sceptical CFO."
The objections your buyers actually raise, and the answers your team has agreed on.
"What objections come up on pricing, and how do we answer them?"
LinkedIn and email outreach written for each persona, ready to adapt to the account in front of you.
"Draft LinkedIn outreach for our mid-market persona."
Ideal customer profiles, the trigger events that signal a good account, and your qualifying questions.
"What trigger events say an account is worth chasing?"
Your pricing model and price points, discount levels and upsell paths, cited back to the document they came from.
"What does our pricing guide say about annual discounts?"
Stage, value, next action, pain points, blockers, decision criteria, stakeholders and competitors on any deal.
"What's blocking the Contoso renewal?"
Counts and totals by currency, broken down by stage, owner and deal temperature, across everything you can see.
"What's the pipeline worth, broken down by rep?"
Summaries and notes from any call, by date, by deal or by the person who ran it, plus the intel extracted from calls linked to a deal.
"What was the last call with Contoso about?"
Semantic search across your call history, for the times you remember the topic but not the meeting.
"Where did SOC 2 come up?"
Name a colleague and Lizzie resolves them, then answers for their deals and meetings, within what your role permits.
"How many meetings did Rita run last month?"
Two-factor authentication and recovery codes, password resets, notification preferences and connected integrations.
"I've lost my authenticator, how do I get back in?"
What each role can see, how teams work, document visibility and permission bundles.
"Why can't my rep open that playbook?"
Plans and trials, how seats multiply your allowances, usage and quotas, renewals, invoices and payment details.
"How do seats affect our practice allowances?"
Getting started, connecting a calendar or CRM, and working out why something isn't behaving, without raising a ticket.
"Why isn't my calendar showing today's meetings?"
Account & Help answers come from Knowzilla's documentation. Lizzie will tell you how to check a setting or what a plan includes, but not your own current settings, plan or remaining quota. For those, open Knowzilla.
Open the connector or MCP settings in your tool of choice, add a custom server, and point it at the Knowzilla address below. One field, nothing to install.
A browser window opens, you sign in to Knowzilla as usual and approve the connection. No keys to copy, no tokens to paste.
That's it. Ask about your documents, your meetings or the product, and Lizzie answers inside the tool you were already working in.
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector

Opening Lizzie to an outside tool widens nothing. Each of these is enforced on our side, not left to the client to respect.
Lizzie reads and replies. Nothing reaching her this way can upload a document, change a deal or touch a setting, so connecting a new tool can never alter your data.
Lizzie sees exactly what you see in the app. Admins see the organisation, managers see their teams, everyone else sees their own. Connecting grants no new access.
Every answer is bound to the organisation of the account that approved the connection, enforced on the server rather than trusted to the client.
The Script Editor works on the live script open in Knowzilla and returns something only that screen can render. Ask Lizzie about your scripts here, and build them in the app.
A Knowzilla account on an active organisation, and a paid plan on the AI tool you are connecting from. Custom connectors are not available on the free tiers of Claude or ChatGPT, and in ChatGPT they sit behind developer mode.
No. You paste one address, a browser window opens, you sign in to Knowzilla the way you always do, and you approve the connection once. Nothing is downloaded and no key changes hands.
No. Just ask in plain language and your AI tool works out whether the answer is in your documents, your deals and meetings, or Knowzilla's own help. If it guesses wrong, naming the source ("check our playbooks") puts it right.
Thirty days, renewed quietly in the background so you never notice. Changing your Knowzilla password ends it early, by design, and you simply approve once more.
Delete the connector or MCP server entry in the tool you added it to, and its access stops working within the hour. To cut it off instantly, change your Knowzilla password, which ends every connection along with every app session.
Lizzie only searches what you can already open. If a document belongs to a team you are not part of, it will not surface here either. Check whether you can open it in the Knowzilla app; if you can and Lizzie still cannot, talk to us.
In your Lizzie history inside Knowzilla, alongside the ones you start in the app. Follow-up questions work the same way too: "what about the quarter before?" resolves against what you just asked.
Give your team their own sales intelligence wherever they already work.
